How do I turn a photo into a puzzle?

Open Jigsaw Pals, tap Camera Studio, then either snap a fresh photo or pick one from your photo library. The app will ask for camera/photo permission the first time — that’s only so it can load the picture you chose. Photos never leave your device.

What does the one-time purchase unlock?

One purchase unlocks everything: all 7 art packs, the 64/100/144-piece master difficulty tiers, and all seven Storybook tales. No subscriptions, no consumables, no ads — ever.

I bought the unlock but it’s not showing. How do I restore it?

Open the Shop in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. If it still doesn’t appear, write to us below — include your order receipt from Apple if you can.

How does the parent gate work?

Anything involving money sits behind a quick grown-up check (a simple math question). Kids can play everything else freely — they can never buy anything by accident.

The camera isn’t working. What do I check?

Go to iPhone/iPad Settings → Jigsaw Pals and make sure Camera permission is on. Camera Studio needs a real device — it can’t use the camera in Apple’s Simulator. If permission is on and it still fails, delete and reinstall the app, then try again.

Can my child play offline?

Yes — everything works fully offline. Puzzles, stories, and trophies are all stored on the device.

How do I print a trophy or make a coloring page?

Finish any puzzle, then open the Trophy Room and tap the trophy. Choose Print (works with any AirPrint printer) or Coloring Page to export a line-art version to color offline.
